Product Availability and Pricing Policy
Our products and services are offered based on availability. Fairytale Rentals reserves the right to discontinue or change products, services, or prices at any time without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to confirmation when an order or quote is finalized.
Quotes, Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of the request and are subject to product availability, delivery requirements, and final confirmation by Fairytale Rentals. A quote does not guarantee product availability until the order has been confirmed.
Payment terms, including any required deposit or balance, will be communicated as part of the applicable order or rental agreement. Once payment and the applicable booking requirements are confirmed, we will process the order and arrange delivery, setup, pickup, or other services according to the agreed terms.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. Any deposit or other amount identified as non-refundable at the time of booking will not be refunded, but may be applied as a credit toward future bookings where Fairytale Rentals agrees to do so. Fees may also apply for missing, lost, or damaged rental items upon return.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Fairytale Rentals provides our website and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website, the accuracy or completeness of all website content, or the availability of any particular product or service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fairytale Rentals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products and services.
